Blog Post # 10
In english 101 this semester i belive i leaned alot of new things we discussed alot of very intresting topics and english was actually my best class. i like classes that give us assighments because i tend to do better in those types of classes rather than just attending a class taking notes and then being tested. some of the challenges i experienced in this class might have been the papers because some of them were based on topics that i didnt know much about. some of my accomplishments i would say are just learing alot of new things. if i could go back i would have redone my other projects i just lost track of the day that they were due. english 101 has changed they way i read certain types of material and it has also changed my writeing format.

“Invention, Project 4″
the topic that i would like to make an agrument of is to bring the troops back. i think that all we are doing over there is waisting more money that we do not have. at some point we are going to have to leave and let their goverment and law inforcement agencies take control of their own countries whats the diffrences between getting out now or getting out in a couple of years?

Blog Assignment #8
In this essay which is called “A Different View of Hackers” I think that zhu was trying to use a ethical argument. the reason for me choosing that arguments is because ethical argument is made to Make the problem vivid and also Explain your solution, you would also have to Justify your solution by showing how it is motivated by principle, by good consequences. Zhu explains this when he says “hackers like to solve problems and build things. They believe in freedom and helping others. Hackers view the fascinating world of computing as programs that are waiting to be solved. They get thrills from solving problems, sharpening their skills, and exercising their intelligence. This is the hacker’s attitude towards life. I think that if you became a hacker you would always have that feeling in your head about if you doing the right things or not. in my opinion hackers are people who are extremely smart and can do anything they want legal or illegal, to help or to hurt others liked i mentioned in my Project 3 paper about a white hat hacker who used to do illegal things by selling blue boxes but then used his intelligence for good when he help create the apple computer.
